Boudoir Cap Pattern Instructions:

Ch. 220. join 1 dc. In each ch. Sl, st, in 1st dc, made.

Ch. 12, sl. St. in 1st ch. To make ring, 6 dc, in ring. 1 dc, in 5th dc. Of band 5 dc in ring (this fills lower half of ring, rings are worked on band from left to right).

Ch. 12 join. Fill ring with 6 dc. Join to band with dc. Skipping 4 dc. And catching in next. Continue around band, fill upper half of ring with 11 dc. Next row ch. 4. 1 dc. In top of each ring.

5th row – Dc. In each dc. Of previous row.

Top of cap – 1 dc. In 1st dc, of band, draw loop 1/3 in catch thread pull through loop and thread just pulled through, catch thread again and draw through both stitches on hook. 1 dc. In 3 dc. Of band draw loop again and dc. In 3rd dc. Of band continue until half across band for front of cap, turn draw loop and work same as first row catching dc. In thread of loop that was drawn in previous row of this boudoir cap pattern.

Make 27 rows in same manner.

28th row – Join 3 loops to band, skipping 1 dc. Of band between each. Continue across the boudoir cap pattern.

29th row – same as 28th row.

30th row – Join 5 loops to band same manner as 28th row.

31st row – Same as 30th row.

Join remaining st. to band in same manner, catching in dc. To bring most fullness to back until all are taken up on this boudoir cap pattern.
