Crochet scarf pattern Materials required: two spools tie silk. Crochet hook no. 6.

"Double crochet" means: hook into stitch, silk through 1 stitch, silk through 2 stitches.
"Treble crochet" means: Silk around hook, hook into stitch, silk through 1 stitch, through 2 stitches and through 2 again. Chain 115 stitches for a scarf 8 inches wide.
First row: - 2 d.c. into every third chain, with 3 tightly crocheted chains, between.
Second row: - Turn, 3 chain, 2 trebles, which are joined into 1 stitch, into every space of row before with 3 chain between.
At end of row only 1 treble into last stitch.
Repeat 2nd row until scarf measures 54 inches, then work 1 row like 1st row. The ends are finished with a short fringe. To make fringe, wind silk over 3 inch cardboard and cut it. Knot 1 pieces into each space.
