Between, ch.4, and catch over d.c. of first wheel, turn, 4 s.c. over 4 ch., p., 3 s.c. over next 1 ch., p., 3 s.c. over next 1 ch., p., repeat aroudn, 4 s.c. over last 4 ch., fasten into center wheel (1 s.c., p., 2 s.c.) in first 1 ch., 3 s.c. over next 1 ch., 3 s.c., p., over next 1 ch., 3 s.c over next 1 ch., ch. 10, turn, catch over d.c of center wheel on the other side of p., turn, repeat from *.
